FairFly is a fast growing corporate travel intelligence and cost-saving solution for global multinationals. FairFly’s suite of fare-tracking, business intelligence, travel policy optimization tools are used by many of the world’s largest banking, pharmaceutical, natural resource, and consulting companies to bring transparency to their corporate travel programs.

This newly created role reports into the Head of Global Marketing; you’ll be one removed from the CEO and have the scope to make a real impact on our future growth and plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience as a marketing communication professional ideally from B2B technology or software vertical. The candidate will have demonstrable experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns for lead generation and nurturing as well as a good understanding of account-based marketing and sales enablement.

Ideally, we would like this person to be based in our Tel Aviv office. For the right candidate, one who can demonstrate previous success working remotely, we would consider alternate home-based work locations across Europe and the East Coast of North America.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Take full ownership of the full funnel content strategy and lead generation ecosystem

  • Understand the audience – competition, market size (segmentation) and opportunities

  • Monitor and report on performance and engagement, using campaign results to evaluate ROI, optimize campaigns and formulate future plans

  • Maintain relationships with trade media for PR opportunities

  • Briefing and managing media and creative agencies on specific marketing campaigns

The right candidate will need to quickly:

  • Build a comprehensive and extensive content calendar that generates visitors and marketing qualified leads

  • Improve our share of voice and brand awareness

  • Develop an effective relationship with key stakeholder groups and senior leaders, informing them of marketing activities and results

  • Understand the brand, customers (personas) our product value inside out

  • Work proactively suggesting best practices

If you’re right for this role, you will:

  • Have proven knowledge and experience of online B2B marketing techniques

  • Have advanced experience in integrated marketing campaign management and optimization

  • Have knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing principles

  • Be inquisitive and proactive. You will have an appetite to positively challenge current processes and look for new opportunities whilst learning and developing new skills

  • Be a relationship-builder with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Be extremely well organized and have excellent attention to detail with strong copywriting, proofreading, communications, and reporting skills

  • Be comfortable with marketing technology preferably Salesforce and Pardot

  • Have some understanding of HTML, web development, and a good eye for design

  • Have account-based marketing experience (this will be an advantage)

  • Have four years of relevant experience and career progression

  • Have a bachelors degree in marketing or three years additional experience in lieu of this
