Job Summary

At FairFly, driving revenue is of the highest importance to drive growth and provide our customers with the best service and experience they have ever had. As an SDR at FairFly, you will be tasked with driving initial engagement with prospects for FairFly in all markets. You will be joining a winning team that is focused on proactively securing new business in order to achieve and exceed our ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with established new business prospects for the Sales team within the Global mid/large/enterprise markets.

  • Establish viable new business prospects for FairFly through your own sourcing

  • Ensure that you regularly achieve Activity KPIs in order to drive a consistent pipeline of new business prospects.

  • Work in close collaboration with the Sales team on strategic new business initiatives.

  • Utilize corporate social media to establish new business prospects and build relationships with key decision makers.

  • Ensure that the new business opportunities that you create are sufficiently well aligned with the FairFly value proposition.

  • Generate new business opportunities that are well aligned with our value proposition as set out with quarterly KPIs.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential prospects in the global business travel market.

  • Enhance our visibility of the corporate travel market through qualifying new business prospects.

  • Work in close collaboration with the Sales team to generate new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • At least two years experience of working in an outbound sales team with a structured set of KPIs around day to day activity.

  • Articulate with a very good telephone manner and confident on the phone.
  • An adaptable approach to communication is crucial as the role will involve engaging with contacts of extremely varied business seniority.

  • Outstanding communication, organization and time management skills.

  • Strong (Native) English skills both verbally and written

  • Direct experience specifically within the travel industry is not essential.
